Dianna C. Cavaliere is a Partner at Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group, LLC. Dianna received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. While attending law school, she was chosen to be a member of the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice where she provided legal  aid services in the areas of matrimonial and family law to local Newark, New Jersey residents. After Dianna’s graduation from law school, she served  as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Passero, J.S.C., Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County. Prior to attending law school, Dianna received her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science, in Business Administration from Montclair State University.

Dianna Cavaliere has successfully handled a variety of cases in her practice of family and matrimonial law during her extensive career. She is licensed in both  New Jersey and New York State. Dianna has experience with all facets of family law litigation, including contested issues of custody, parenting time,  child support, alimony and equitable distribution of assets.

Dianna has been designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Matrimonial Attorney, a certification achieved by only 0.5% of attorneys in New Jersey. Dianna is a qualified Family Law Mediator and has provided mediation services to clients who have chosen to work amicably on resolving their family and matrimonial issues.

For more than 10 years, Dianna has volunteered her time to serve as a panelist in the Early Settlement Panel program in the Essex County Family Court. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Division and the Morris County Bar Association, Family Division.
