WLG Welcomes Two New Family Law Attorneys

Please join us in welcoming Komal S. Ullah and  Joshua Freeman, two standout family law attorneys we are so excited to have join Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group, LLC ‘s already impressive team of lawyers. Each possesses a unique set of strengths that will make an excellent match for our clients’ diverse needs.

Ms. Komal S. Ullah received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law – Newark in 2004 and has already been recognized as a 2011 and 2012 New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star. We think clients will especially value Ms. Ullah’s experience in handling cases involving elderly and disabled individuals, children with special needs, and others who may require family trusts and/or public benefits such as Medicaid. Ms. Ullah’s also comes to us with considerable success handling matters of domestic violence, custody and parenting time, alimony, and equitable distribution of assets.

Mr. Joshua Aaron Freeman earned his Juris Doctorate in 2005 from Syracuse University College of Law, where he concentrated on matrimonial law and was awarded a specialty certificate of study from the school’s Center for Family Law and Social Policy. Josh’s skills and experience cover such practice areas as divorce and legal separations, dissolution of domestic partnerships, child support issues, divorce mediation, alimony and palimony, prenuptial agreements and more. Josh is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Bergen County Bar Association and New Jersey Bar Association.
